Like a cabinet of curiosities the Krikkelmuseum allows different affiliations and associations between its single parts. It is dedicated to a new life-form that has its roots in the original Krikkel which is developed and examined by modeling and remodeling, duplicating and reproducing it. This is how it obtains a history and an existence. By producing its contexts, the Krikkel is declared a life form. The Krikkel, like the museum, are in principle a system of connections, each part is linked to any other part. Each item of the museum can be found in the index, that is on display in a showcase in the centre of the work.
